Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and you are eligible, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
Eligibility
We will accept returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of the original purchase date. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.
Personalised items can vary drastically based on the customers specified Embroidery Customisation. We fulfil the order exactly as as instructed. We want the customer to feel as much room to be creative as possible, however this can mean the variability in text, embroidery colour, placement and wording can also vary the quality of the final product.
For this reason, Personalised items are not eligible for a refund or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@sleepingbooty.com.au with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within roughly 7 business days, but it may depend on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Australian Consumer Law
This refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
